Our Story
FOUNDER
Founded by Komolafe Busayo Tomide, an experienced educator, administrator, and agro-preneur, Dean’s SmartGrow was born out of a lifelong passion for education and sustainable agriculture.
With over 30 years of service in the Lagos State education system, Komolafe observed a growing need to connect classroom learning with real-world practice. He envisioned an initiative that would empower young people, schools, and communities through agricultural innovation and business development.
Today, Dean’s SmartGrow stands as a model for practical learning, skill empowerment, and grassroots economic transformation — helping hundreds of learners turn knowledge into productivity and prosperity.
